Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@correlatewell.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Severability
